Welcome to 2021. We are 12 days in and it has been eventful to say the very least. However, at CSA we have stacks of libations to help us get through this quaran-time. We are getting some tried and true restocks back in house to restore the depletions from the holiday season. With the restocks of our core brands, we are also seeing some AMAZING seasonal brews coming at us.

Half Acre Beer Company

Let’s kick it off by sharing some BIG news! Half Acre Beer Company will now be in Colorado for FULL-TIME distribution! We couldn’t be more pleased that our friends from Chicago will be a main-stay here. In the past we have only received Half Acre every eight weeks or so, but now we are happy to announce that we will continuously have their lovely core- Daisy Cutter, Tome Hazy Pale and Bodem IPA with seasonal and special releases peppered in.

Ecliptic Brewing

Ecliptic has seen major growth in our market over the last year. Their core beers have gone all around our state and their fan club is expanding on a regular basis. We like to think that we are at the top of that list! From seasonal releases to core products we are all about the space beer.

Meridian Vanilla Stout is back but with a new, refreshing and tweaked recipe. Last year Meridian lended a dryer body and roasty malt characteristics. This year they decided to sweeten it up a bit with a more decadent malt bill and more of that signature vanilla bean adjunct. The vanilla beans help add a creamy, silky, smooth mouthfeel that compliments the rich chocolate base. On the back end, expect a piney resinous flavor that is not overpowering but adds a complexity that brings you back for more. At 5.7% ABV, this stout is all about a delicate balance of not being too sweet or too dry. All of these redeeming characteristics make for an unrivaled quaffable stout that deserves to be in your regular rotation this winter.

@fremontbrewing

Fremont Brewing

We are very excited to bring back one of our favorite beers from 2020 and an instant classic from Fremont. Fremont has quite the track record with IPAs. Every beer they make that has those three big letters turns to GOLDSpace Danger is that next seasonal IPA creation from those masterminds out of Seattle. This unfiltered IPA (yet clear and crisp) has a tropical aroma of coconut, pineapple and peach that comes from the choicest Sabro and Simcoe hops. They also added Centennial hops to the show to add a necessary bitterness to compliment this bright and juicy IPA. Get some IPA juice from one of the best in the biz!
