Alchemist Beer

The Alchemist is a family run brewery specializing in fresh, unfiltered IPA. John and Jen Kimmich originally opened The Alchemist as a 60 seat brew pub in the village of Waterbury in 2003. After eight years of success and growing popularity, they decided to open a small production brewery. Today The Alchemist currently operates two breweries in Vermont and distributes Heady Topper and Focal Banger throughout the state.

Almanac Beer Co.

Almanac Beer Company is an artisanal brewery focused on farm-to-barrel brewing. Each beer is produced using local ingredients obtained from farms in Northern California. Founders Jesse and Damian craft their recipes specifically to complement local cuisine.

American Solera

Bearded Iris

At Bearded Iris, our beers meet you where you are and deliver the experience you seek, whatever it might be, because that’s what we believe makes beer worth drinking. Belching Beaver Brewery

Launched in 2012, Belching Beaver Brewery evolved from a desire to make great beer and have a ‘Dam Good Time’ doing it. The award-winning craft beer company is focused on two things: First, have a brand that offers quality craft beer, while also being whimsical and fun to inspire good times. Each Belching Beaver beer release carries its own individual style and personality. Second, make beer for everyone and all palates. From easy-drinking Blondes, Triple IPAs, Milk Stouts, Imperial Stouts as well as sours and barrel-aged beers, Belching Beaver Brewery has it!

Blackberry Farm Brewery

A modern Farmhouse Brewery located on an actual working farm that sits on a 9,200 acre estate in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. The beers of Blackberry Farms mimic the efforts of the old-world Saison producers through an honest range of seasonally inspired beers. An infamous inn and venue further showcases it’s place in the world.

Block 15 Brewing

Block 15 was conceived by local beer lovers Nick and Kristen Arzner. After years of traveling, brewing, cooking, and dreaming, they were inspired to share these passions with their local community. Block 15 Restaurant & Brewery was created to offer Corvallis unique, from-the-source artisan beer alongside handmade pub food produced from local ingredients—all served in a friendly, casual atmosphere.

Since opening in 2008, Block 15 has grown to include a production brewery & Taproom in South Corvallis, a Downtown Pub (where it all started), a Northwest meets European-inspired restaurant, Caves Corvallis, and a Distribution Team for the PNW. Our family has grown to over one hundred hard-working individuals that positively reflect our community. Boneyard Beer

Bend, Oregon is among the greatest American cities for the quality of its local breweries given the high concentration of quality within such a small area. One of the strongest focal points on this map comes from the company of Boneyard Beer. They know their audience well and happily deliver shovel after shovel of hop-loaded amazement into their rambunctious lineup. Breakside Brewery

Breakside Brewery opened in 2010 in Northeast Portland as a restaurant and pub brewery. The brewery gained attention early on for its innovative, experimental and diverse beers. In 2013, Breakside expanded operations to Milwaukie, OR with a 30 bbl production brewery filled with 30, 60 and 120 barrel tanks, barrel rooms for wild and non-wild/sour fermentations, a high-speed bottling line, and a 24-tap tasting room.

In 2014 Breakside was awarded the highly coveted Gold Medal for American-Style IPA at the Great American Beer Festival for their flagship Breakside IPA, which was also named to Men’s Journal’s 100 Best Beers In The World and “The Best Beer in Oregon” by The Oregonian. Breakside is known for their wide-ranging portfolio of beers, including barrel-aged and sour beers like Bourbon Barrel-Aged Aztec, a strong amber ale with chocolate and chilies, and Passionfruit Sour a fruited berliner-weisse style beer that earned a Gold Medal at the 2017 Best of Craft Beer Awards. Additionally, Breakside was named Brewery of the Year at the 2017 Oregon Beer Awards and the 2017 Best of Craft Beer Awards.

Cascade Brewing

Almost 100% dedicated to sour based beers, Cascade has been instrumental in solidifying the style as one of total importance within the United States brewing scene. Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project

Founded in Denver, CO in late 2010 as an artisan beer project, Crooked Stave is the culmination of brewmaster and “Brettanomyces Guru” Chad Yakobson’s open source Master’s research, The Brettanomyces Project. Crooked Stave’s progressive approach to brewing blends science and art through creativity and passion. The resulting creations, most of which use Brettanomyces yeasts and mature in oak, are beers of extraordinary complexity.

Ecliptic Brewing

Ecliptic Brewing is a venture from John Harris, an Oregon craft brewing icon. John’s background in one steeped in Oregon’s rich craft brewing history. After beginning as a brewer at McMenamins’ breweries, he moved to Deschutes where he created the recipes for Mirror Pond, Black Butte Porter, Jubelale and Obsidian Stout. He spent the next 20 years of his career as a Brewmaster at Full Sail in charge of creating the Brewmaster Reserve line of beers. The creation of Ecliptic Brewing is the next chapter in John’s illustrious career.

Energy City Brewing

Heidi and David Files are passionate about their new business. The two enterprising entrepreneurs are owners of Energy City Brewing, Batavia's first nanobrewery. Their beer is a combination of history, art, cuisine, and science. Their small operation has gained a name for itself in Illinois, and now they are partnering with out of state distributors like CSA Distributing.

Evil Twin Brewing

The brainchild of beer aficionado Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø, this small gypsy brewery began operations in the summer of 2010 and now brews at 10 different breweries in six different countries. Ex Novo Brewing Company

Ex Novo Brewing opened its doors in the Eliot neighborhood of Portland, OR in 2014. Our mission was simple, to brew great beer and to use our business as a platform for good in our community and across the globe. Myers while Nathan graduated with a business degree in Finance and moved back to St. Petersburg.

Highwater Brewing

Hubbard's Cave

Une Année Brewery was started in 2013 as a Belgian-inspired brewery in Chicago. After the first few years producing mainly Abbey Ales, Saisons, and Belgian IPAs, we have found our niche focusing more on fruited Wild Ales. For these fruited Wild Ales, we stainless ferment the base beer with our house mixed culture (including multiple strains of Lacto, Pedio, Sacc, and Brett) before adding fruit for a secondary fermentation.

In addition to the Une Année brand, in late 2015 we started another brand called Hubbard's Cave where we focus more on American styles, primarily hoppy beers and flavored imperial stouts. We have recently scaled production on this brand considerably with the move to canning our “Fresh” series, which is a series of hazy IIPAs utilizing a similar grain bill, but with each version (or “V”) indicating a different hop-combo.

Both are brewed under the same roof and by the same people at our location in Niles, IL, just northwest of Chicago. They are not different breweries, just separate brands to differentiate the styles being brewed.

Narragansett Brewing Company

Hi-Neighbor! Have a 'Gansett! Narragansett Brewing Co. was originally founded in 1890 by a group of six German immigrants on a quest to create a delicious, authentic lager in the United States. Narragansett quickly grew in popularity and by the 1950's were producing over 1 million barrels of their famous lager a year. In 1970's, Narragansett Brewery was bought out by Falstaff and suffered greatly before ultimately being discontinued. In 2005, local Rhode Islander Mark Hellendrung and a team of investors brought back the famous brand, restored its famous quality and reputation, and have grown the company to be one of the top 30 craft breweries in the United States.

Oakshire Brewing

Begun in October 2006 by brothers Jeff and Chris Althouse, Oakshire is a 15-barrel production brewery in Eugene, OR dedicated to making fine craft beer. What began as a home-brewing hobby and a love of beer has turned into award-winning beer on draft and in bottles. The name Oakshire represents the two brothers’ core values: Strength, like the enduring Oak; Independence, which fuels innovation; and Community, remembering their place within the whole.

Off Color Brewing

Owners, John Laffler and Dave Bleitner met while studying at the Siebel Institute, then both interned at Metropolitan Brewing, where in between cleaning floors, equipment, and all other beer interny things, the pair hashed out their plans for Off Color. Now, with a 20-barrel brewhouse, the two have focused on brewing forgotten styles of beer, particularly those made in Germany before the Bavarian Purity Law (Reihheitsgebot) that condemned styles of beer not made solely with barley, water, and hops.

Omnipollo

From the vibrant city of Stockholm comes a young, idealistic brewery with a lofty goal: “To change the perception of beer… forever”. Omnipollo constructs beers with a purpose, aiming to produce the kind of thought provoking flavors that both satisfy and inspire. Each has a story worth telling, whether it’s of a fresh idea or even fresher hops.

Perennial Artisan Ales

Established in 2011, Perennial brews beer with the adventurous drinker in mind – focusing on handcrafted, small batches of beer, using local, seasonal and organic ingredients as much as possible.

Perennial’s beers are influenced mostly by Belgian and American craft styles, but the addition of premium ingredients such as fruits, spices or wild yeast strains causes the beers to defy traditional categories. The brewery’s barrel aging program features a wide variety of beers aged in wine and spirits barrels, ranging from a Rye barrel-aged Mexican Chocolate Stout to a wild yeast-fermented Saison aged on Missouri wine grapes in French oak wine barrels.

Prairie Artisan Ales

A company started by two brothers. They wanted to do something that was awesome. They have the talent, and most importantly the years of experience needed to get it done. So they did it. They have funded the company on their own, and only want to work with people that care about beer, super good beer. Their goal is to show people what is possible when you start with “step one”.

Societe Brewing Company

Taking a step back from the traits of blatant hop intensity found among the San Diego brewing scene, Societe offers a range of numerous styles that all speak of balance. Some are Belgian inspired but forego the cloying sugar attributes while others are dark and strong but still with a grace that is worthy in seeking out. The line of ipas and hoppy beers are on a level almost all their own. Formulated as being highly drinkable and wonderfully pure with hop aroma and flavors, the lupulin driven beers from Societe are an interaction that surely can’t be missed.

Southern Grist Brewing Co.

We are boundary-pushers, constantly evolving what beer is and what it can taste like. Our ingredients aren’t always Reinheitsgebot-approved but that’s okay. We like it that way. We think you will too.

Our beer is small-batch and experimental, and as a result it's usually not around for very long. We have beers we make again and again, but we don't have a flagship in any traditional sense.

Suzie's Organic Hard Seltzer

Suzie’s Organic Hard Seltzer is brand new coming on the scene in 2020. Suzie’s Brewery Company thrives as a small family company doing what they do best: creating the purist hard seltzer and never settling for anything less than the best. Starting in 2020, Suzie’s expanded from making delicious gourmet mustards to uniquely flavored organic hard seltzers. Suzie’s is known to use the finest, freshest ingredients and leave out all those additives and fillers with names you can’t pronounce. From ingredient sourcing to final production, every aspect of this product line is done locally in the Pacific Northwest.

The Ale Apothecary

The dedications from The Ale Apothecary almost can’t be summarized into words. Merging the mystifying traits of Lambic with the heartfelt dedications of a man obsessed with a craft give a glimpse into the world of this solely unique entity. A world was created where all beer is born with the influence of oak, a range of flavors seemingly forged form the surrounding woodlands, nature’s influence is tamed and allowed to thrive in the form of wild yeasts and native cultures of bacteria. The truth from the Apothecary is blatant and yet the beers are something so special one can’t help but question what is at hand…

Toppling Goliath

Clark and Barbara Lewey founded Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. in 2009 in beautiful Decorah, Iowa after a runaway success in home brewing. In less than a decade TG has become world- renown for IPAs and barrel-aged stouts. They distribute in over 18 states and create more than 30 beers that rotate throughout the year.

Urban Chestnut Brewing

Urban Chestnut Brewing Company is an unconventional-minded yet tradition-oriented brewer of craft beer with authentic heritage and proven quality. We like to call our unique brewing philosophy Beer Divergency—a ‘new world meets old world’ brewing approach wherein UCBC provides the beer drinker a divergent path of exploration into the worlds of: modern, American craft beers (our Revolution Series), the traditions of classic European brewing (our Reverence Series), and small batches of Bavarian brewed/imported biers (our Hallertauer Serie).

Verboten Brewing and Barrel Project

Verboten, which opened in early 2013, is a true boutique brewery. The Sixteen tap handles, including one Nitro tap, rotate often so that new beers can be introduced every few weeks. The brewery also uses as much seasonal and local ingredients as possible in each of our handcrafted ales. At Verboten, we create unique beers taking typical beer styles and adding our own twist to make our constantly rotating selections new and exciting.

Von Trapp Brewing

Over the course of many visits to Austria, Johannes von Trapp, the youngest son of Maria and the Baron, gained an appreciation for the crisp, clean Austrian lager beers. When the craft beer movement in the United States gained momentum in the early 1990s, there was a noticeable lack of focus on lagers. It’s not surprising, considering that lagers are more challenging to brew, take longer to mature, and are therefore more expensive to create. For two decades Johannes dreamed of building an Austrian-style brewery at the Trapp Family Lodge, and in 2010 that dream came to fruition.

A humble brewery with the capacity of 2,000 barrels per year attracted attention under the name Trapp Lager, and the brewery received requests from all over the United States. The von Trapp family, who had always been reticent to commercialize their family heritage, realized that they had a product deserving of the family name. The new facility, completed in 2015 under the name von Trapp Brewing, allowed the family to expand beyond their home territory and spread the gospel of craft lagers.

Wild Mind Ales

In August 2016, Wild Mind Artisan Ales opened in South Minneapolis to deliver funky, wild beers to the neighborhood. To make this happen, our head brewer traveled around Minnesota to harvest yeast strains from various wild fruit bushes, trees, and wildflowers. We use that yeast to create wild, sour, farmhouse, saison, and other rustic-style ales through aging, blending, and mixed-fermentation.

Our beers are designed to buck convention and stretch the flavor profiles of what beer can be. Whether it’s a barrel-fermented sour or a heavily-hopped IPA, our wild yeast makes each beer unique and packed with a depth of flavor that’ll keep you coming back for more.
