Our hand-built stills and old world techniques pull out the unique subtleties from the finest regionally sourced, non-GMO ingredients giving our spirits flavors that haven’t been experienced since the 1800’s.

Dry Land Distillers
Dry Land Distillers has deep roots in Colorado and the American west. The founding team – Marc, Aaron and Nels – either grew up in Colorado or have long family ties to Colorado and the west. Aaron and Nels are both home brewers, with Aaron earning several gold-medal wins for his home recipes. Marc brings a unique connection to our spirits through his family’s heritage farm in Northern Colorado. The team wanted to start a local brewery years ago, but the plans were put on the back burner (day jobs, families, and real life. You know.) Luckily, a freelance side project introduced them to the early craft distilling scene in 2017 – and Dry Land was born.

JVR Spirits
JVR Spirits, based in Portland, Oregon, makes Krupnik in small batches, by hand, using organic spices and citrus, wildflower honey, and fine spirits from grain. Inspired by his father’s family recipe, Vince Radostitz resurrected this spiced honey liqueur that has its origins in Poland and Lithuania dating back to the 15th century. Neat, on the rocks, in a Hot Toddy, or as a delightful twist on a Manhattan cocktail, Krupnik is a serendipitous confluence of bees and booze.

All New Deal Distillery products are made locally and in small batches using natural and organic ingredients, including local Bull Run water and grain from Bob’s Red Mill, a local employee-owned co-op. New Deal takes an authentic approach in its spirits production and in its community involvement. “Think global, act local” is at the center of New Deal Distillery’s mission, which fosters relationships with local organic farmers, supports the DIY spirit of Portland, and promotes the Slow Food Movement, all in an effort to be both environmentally sustainable and socially responsible.
